Position Description:

The Sunquest Laboratory™ system achieved "Best in KLAS" in the Laboratory Segment for 2007, which was its fourth consecutive year, (KLAS Enterprises, LLC, www.healthcomputing.com.) The Client Support Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving customer complaints related to Sunquest products. Researches non-complex support concerns and escalates to senior analyst or team lead as appropriate. Conveys professional image of company to clients. Communicates status of resolution to clients in a timely fashion. OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE ON 1ST AND 3RD SHIFTSESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:• Serves as liaison between the company and customers. Responds to and resolves non-complex client problems. Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved. Escalates calls as appropriate to senior or lead support analysts. Involves other personnel as appropriate to research and resolve client problems. • Documents issues and solutions and ensures adequate internal communication of problem resolutions. Conveys customer feedback to management. • Participates on teams and special projects to improve product and service quality and client satisfaction. • May perform simple to moderately complex product installs at client sites.• May schedule complex installs at client sites. • May perform responsibilities of less experienced support representatives in their absence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience desired; high school diploma required.• Experience in a technical support or client service environment desired. • Experience in a healthcare industry preferred.• Demonstrated success resolving non-complex customer concerns or issues. • Strong customer support skills with demonstrated ability to effectively deal with non-complex support customer concerns. • Ability to problem solve• Previous experience with electronic transaction software and services. • Good PC skills and excellent telephone skills.• Good time management and organizational skills. • Travel and on/call may be required.We are a Proud Winner of the 2007 & 2008 Workplace Excellence Award - Tucson, ArizonaWe offer an excellent benefits package starting day one.
