The Client SolutionsAnalyst will build solid technical, business, and communications skills while helping our quickly growing Client Services Group deliver and support Healthcare IT Informatics systems and processes to our medical center and hospital clients.

We have developed cutting edge Healthcare Informatics technologies to provide our clients with innovative healthcare information technology solutions designed to transform the delivery of patient care information in the high-acuity areas of the hospital, including the emergency department, operating and recovery rooms and intensive care units.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN: Configure, deploy, and support healthcare IT applications to our many hospital and medical center IT teams in locations both domestic and international.  Technical problem resolution: Working closely with our project managers, consultants, developers, and database administration team to identify and resolve technical application issues in a timely fashion. Technical skills: SQL, software development tools and methodologies, world class Required Experience

1-2 years of technical application support experience;Excellent communication skills; Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines; Excellent multi-tasking skills; and Desire to learn about the healthcare market and technology.
