Client Relations Manager

The Client Relations Manager role will focus on developing and maintaining key relationships across our top-tier accounts. Candidate will work to increase understanding of how clients use an expanded product array and ensure the products meet client’s needs.

 

Main Responsibilities Assist Sales and Product divisions with migration of clients from legacy products to the new platformDevelop product know-how and comprehensive knowledge of client baseDevelop / maintain relationships with clients Ensure clients are aware of product features & new enhancementsRespond to client requirements and address/escalate issues raised by clientDevelop and compile statistics for use by sales and product in negotiation and product directionManage client feedback to drive product innovation and new ideas and ensure products meet client needs and that our products have best content, support and technology. Provide feedback to management on product requestsMonitor client satisfaction of quality of all products and servicesWork alongside Sales & Product divisions to ensure relationship is managed to maintain and grow account revenue

Key Requirements 4-5 years experience of a client facing role is essentialHigh level of interest in financial marketsExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team
