Client Implementation Specialist

Position Summary

Support new product implementation by traveling to customer sites to install, configure and implement our UCDS application.

Job Requirements

· Drive completion of UCDS product suite configuration based on deliverables and product offerings

· Report, identify, and resolve issues and answer questions during product implementation phase, while providing a high level of service to ClearCycle customers

· Work closely with assigned project managers to complete project within established project timelines

· Gather client  systems information and write technical requirements

· Establish product modules setup

· Review test system prior to client delivery

· Review data and execute scripts to validate data integrity

· Provide assistance during conference calls to review client issues

· Manage the reporting and timely resolution of all issues

· Perform related projects tasks as necessary to ensure successful implementations as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline preferred

· 3-5 years experience in application implementation

· Strong technical background and ability to translate business rules into technical requirements

· Strong project management skills

· Organized, analytical, detail-oriented team player

· Healthcare industry background a plus
