Client Care Coordinator

Virtual Hold Technology (VHT) is an innovative software developer specializing in virtual queuing solutions for call centers of fortune 500 clients.

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for gathering, generating and analyzing client system performance data and making recommendations to assist the System Performance Analyst (SPA) and Business Application Engineer (BAE) departments with client wellness for all of our clients that lead to product license upgrades and new product sales within the existing client base.  In addition, the Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the SPA, Account Executive (AE) and (BAE) in the communication of our analysis and recommendations to the client with the focus on generating additional revenue opportunities and maintaining customer satisfaction.

 Principal Accountabilities

Ø  Access client systems remotely and generate client system reports

Ø  Analyze and interpret reports and provide recommendations to SPA and BAE departments regarding system performance

Ø  Deliver and review data collected with SPAs and BAEs in preparation for client wellness visits.

Ø  Maintain detailed lists and reports on client references, contacts and monthly system performance

Ø  Perform all required administrative tasks as assigned by the SPA

 Position Requirements

Ø  Bachelor’s degree is required

Ø  Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills are required

Ø  Experience using remote access technologies such as VPN, Terminal Services and pcAnywhere® is desired

Ø  Ability to communicate promptly and effectively with internal and external customers and suppliers is required

Ø  Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel and Access) is required

Ø  A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude

Ø  Ability to work independently, meet concurrent deadlines, organize time and priorities, and work well as a dedicated member of the team

Ø  Ability to maintain constant organization of collected information for use and interpretation by other team members
