Channel Manager
The successful Channel Manager will be an experienced professional that has developed and implemented leveraged models in the past resulting in incremental revenue to the company. This individual will be responsible for all phases and aspects of channel development and on-going partner management. They will be exceptional at developing and building relationships at all levels of an organization. They understand how to create and deliver value propositions that result in mutually beneficial and synergistic partnerships. They have strong leadership skills and are relentless in their pursuit of building win-win partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:Develop, drive and own revenue thru indirect channels.Drive and leverage the value propositions that attract and address the various profiles of Gomez partnerships.Manage, develop, and grow Gomez’s channel model. Assist your partners in delivering the Gomez solution to their customers in conjunction with Gomez’s field sales teams. Develop and execute channel marketing campaigns that drive incremental revenue for Gomez and our partners. Build partner programs that complement Gomez’s go-to-market strategy.Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations.Recruit, qualify, train and launch new partnerships.Demonstrate a whatever-it-takes attitude to insure that Gomez’s partners are knowledgeable, driven and successful at delivering our solutions to their customers and prospects.Educate and evangelize partners on the benefits of Gomez’s solutions.
Job Requirements:5 to 7 years of experience building and managing value added partnerships. Must be motivated by driving indirect revenue. Must have a record of quota over-achievement. Proven ability to recruit, manage and grow partnerships that deliver value added services such as user experience, implementation, hosting, content and web infrastructure services. Must have experience in a team sales environment, excel at team building and have a proven track record of leadership. A technical background and aptitude is necessary and helpful. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management, organization, and decision making skills are critical.Must be a strategic thinker and tactical implementer. Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired.Desire to travel is required (approx 50%).
