Position Summary:

The Hosting Administrator is responsible for telephone, email, and onsite support for hosted clients of Planet Data Solutions’ repository software.  The hosting administrator will have the opportunity to utilize technical, customer service, legal, and scripting skills to solve a variety of challenging problems and grow in our organization.  This is not a call center position.

 

Responsibilities include:Analyzing and assisting with complex search requests utilizing the iCONECT and Relativity hosting solutions Interaction with attorneys, paralegals, vendors, and corporations in large scale litigation preparation Assessing situations to maintain maximum client uptime Solving a wide array of technical and workflow issues Assess client needs to effectively customize the iCONECT and Relativity software Assisting with training of new users Utilizing software and scripting skills to create custom reports Communicating between Planet Data departments Learning new skills independently to effectively solve problems

 

Skills and Experience Required:Must have a client-centric, professional manner Must have strong communication skills Desire to be part of an exciting, rapidly-growing organization Ability to work alone or cooperatively as part of a team Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet client deadlines Flexibility to work extended hours on a shortened work week Previous experience working with clients on business solutions a plus Familiarity with litigation support processes and litigation support software (iCONECT, Concordance, Summation, Relativity, ZANTAZ Introspect) a plus Database knowledge and SQL scripting a plus Programming/Scripting knowledge a plus
