Call Center Representative

Blizzard Entertainment is looking for experienced call center representatives with strong customer service skills. Our billing and account services department assists customers with account-related issues via phone and email, and answers questions about Blizzard Entertainment products.

Applicants must be able to work full-time at our customer service center in Austin, Texas. Hours for this position may vary, and applicants may be required to work weekends - evening shifts are available. This is a temporary position (40 hours per week) with the possibility of becoming a regular-status employee. There are no internship-level positions open at this time.

Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries and issues relating to Blizzard Entertainment products and customer accounts via phone and email. Investigate written inquiries/issues and respond/resolve accordingly. Perform data entry and order processing functions. Provide information to customers on account status, transactions, and billing issues.

Requirements Excellent customer service skills Strong computer and Internet experience Ability to work well under pressure Strong multi-tasking ability Detail-oriented work ethic Experience working with confidential customer account information

Pluses 1+ years of call center experience Knowledge of Blizzard Entertainment games and MMORPGs Ability to speak Spanish
