Hands on management / programming experience in an IBM Mainframe COBOL environment - including development, maintenance, application development, and support.  Healthcare industry / insurance claims, BC/BS  experience is desired.

Provide Leadership/Oversight to a PROGRAMMING TEAM to ensure quality delivery of multiple projects.

Technical Skills:

Hands on COBOL programming skills in an IBM Mainframe environment.

Management experience within an IT organization, including development and maintenance is preferred.
 
In-depth experience of application development, support, PROGRAMMING services.

Learn CAI's approach, Methodology and solutions.
 
Experience with issues, constraints and problems typically found in a support or development team
 
Understands and experienced in issues such as programmer productivity, Service Level management, quality and rework metrics, SDLC, Applications
