CAD Course Developer/Instructor

DESCRIPTION:

Working closely with our marketing department on pre-sales education projects, you will develop training and education materials for use in the pre-sales and post-sales environment. These training materials will include instructor-led courseware, Internet-based training, and multi-media, CD-ROM based training.  You will deliver software training courses to our value-added resellers, solution partners, and employees.  Working with our distribution channel, you will also perform audience and needs analysis when developing post-sales training materials.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:  3+ years teaching mechanical CAD applications.  2+ years technical course development

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; engineering preferred.

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Extensive knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or other 2D technology.

Providing sample(s) of course development projects

Demonstrating teaching ability through a behavioral simulation/performance assessment.

Ability to travel up to 25% for limited periods of time.  Potential for international travel

Experience with multi-media and/or web-based training technologies a plus.
