C# developer In this position you will design and code enhancements, updates and custom requests to SoftPro’s suite of products. Additionally, you will be responsible for: • Writing detailed Specifications (include pertinent technical information for support, documentation, and testing, and any assumptions or limitations which arise during the development which are not obvious). • Completing thorough unit testing including using a de-bugger when possible to identify bugs during development. • Entering any existing bugs or sugs into the bug/sug tracker. • Following established procedures for file management and backup, version control, coding, commenting the code, updating the bug/sug tracker and/or making entries in history files, and documenting error messages. • Working collaboratively and cohesively with all team members Skill Requirements • C# .NET experience with focus on Windows Forms development • Significant Object-Oriented development experience in C++, Java or any .NET-aware language • ADO.NET and SQL Server 200x experience • Data Structures and Algorithms experience with solid understanding of relational database design • Strong experience in Visual Studio • Visual C++ and MFC experience a plus • Quick learner, self-starter with strong customer service, troubleshooting and communication skills • Must exhibit a high-level of analytical skills and attention to details Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Comparable IT industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree and certifications EEO/AA
