Responsible for creating and maintaining applications for the F-16 Development Task. Skills in all aspects of project development to include but not limited to: Database design, user interface, updating of program code, design reviews, and system test plans, Develop and maintain all software documentation as required. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principle, theories, and concepts in the field. General knowledge of other related disciplines. Provides technical solutions to a wide range of problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practical, and consistent with organization objectives. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Contributions to the completion of specific programs and projects. Failure to obtain results or erroneous decisions or recommendations would typically result in serious program delays and considerable expenditure of resources. Frequent internal and external customer contacts. Represents the organization in providing solutions to technical issues associated with specific projects. Must be familiar with Visual Studio 6 programming design and development for database applications. Additional knowledge in SQL and C#. The applicant's experience should include experience in application development (Design and Implementation) and the ability to work independently. Written and oral communication skills must be sufficient to express ideas in a clear and concise manner to both customers and team members. Must be able to plan out tasks and subtasks to accomplish objectives. Education: BS or BA in associated discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Math) or equivalent experience.
