ComputerWorks is seeking a C# Consultant for its client  LA County Registrar-Recorder’s Office.

 

Job Description



 

Database Design

• Develop of tables

• Create foreign key relations

• Create and tuning of indexes

• Develop of Stored Procedures

• Maintain of Existing Stored Procedures

 

System Design

• Review System Environment and Requirements document

• Design custom software object model

 

System Development

• Physically implement the design and program database objects

• Develop software business objects using selected programming language

• Develop user interface functionality using selected programming language

• Test and debug system functionality

• Update Functional Specification and System Specification documents as needed

 

System Deployment

 

• Assist in Development of System Testing Strategy document

• Assist in installation procedures for client application

• Support County acceptance testing

• Develop System Testing and Evaluation Report document

• Final system programming to address acceptance testing findings

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1. Must have three (3) full years experience designing and programming applications with the following technologies and methodologies:

a. Microsoft .NET framework v1.1, v2.0

b. C# programming

i. ASP.Net

ii. Web Services

iii. Remoting

iv. ADO.NET

v. XML

vi. Serialization

vii. Threading

  viii. OOP

  ix. Software Design Patterns

  x. Interfaces and Abstract Classes

  xi. Microsoft Enterprise Application Blocks

 

 

2. Two (2) full years experience, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher. This must include experience in all of the following:

a. Designing tables, relationships, and indexes

b. Programming stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions

c. Performance tuning and maintenance

d. Creating reports using Reporting Services

 

3. One (1) full year experience with Atalasoft Imaging Controls v3.0 or higher. This must include experience with:

e. Creating Multi-page Tiffs

f. Splitting Multi-page Tiffs

g. Working with Tiff Images in Memory
