 Job Description

 

Industry Leader in BPM solutions, Metastorm is seeking Business Process Developers/Integrators with strong business analysis and process flow skills, with proven ability to understand, re-engineer, improve, and implement complex business processes.  Candidates will lead BPM projects using Metastorm’s BPM tool suite.  This development typically requires defining and implementing integration with other applications.  Strong experience working with business users to determine business requirements.  Candidate will lead BPM development tasks using Metastorm’s BPM software.  This development requires developing the technical design to support customer business specifications, program code construction, JAD sessions, software integration, UAT support, and process deployment. Strong experience working with management to understand the business drivers to improve business processes and implement changes. 

 

 

 Required Technology Experience

 Three (3) years experience using Metastorm’s BPM software tool suite to provide custom BPM solutions.  Experience includes: mapping workflows with Metastorm BPM Designer, writing complex browser and server scripts, developing and integrating with web services and developing custom controls.

 Five (5) years software development experience:

 Relational Databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle, to include having basic SQL Skills)Web Technologies (e.g. IIS, .NET, HTML, DHTML, XML/XSLT, VB Script/JavaScript, ASP, IE, Netscape, etc.)VB, JavaGUI Design and DevelopmentWindows 2003 Services/DLLs/DCOMWindows 2003 Infrastructure (COM+, IIS, Security)Directories (NDS/Domain, LDAP, MAD)Web ServicesAlthough all of the above technical skill sets are not required, our ideal candidate will have the majority of the skill sets listed.

 Detail oriented with good time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadlines and manage changes in project dynamics.

 Ability to work as a stand-alone technical resource on a project.

 The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken language.  Must be able to clearly articulate complex BPM process issues to all levels of the organization.  Ability to lead and facilitate interview sessions with process owners and the ability to summarize information into both quantitative and qualitative models.

 Strong skills required for Microsoft Office software including MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.

Desired Technology Experience

 Proficient with Interwoven.  Understand Interwoven Technology.  Ability to integration Metastorm with Interwoven.

 Integration experience with ERP Integration (SAP, Peoplesoft, etc).

 Bachelors Degree in MIS, Computer Science and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Must be a US Citizen

 

 Required Consulting Experience

 Minimum Five (5) years consulting experience, including travel-based engagements.Minimum Ten (10) years experience designing, developing, and implementing small, medium, and large-scale applications in Windows production environments.The ability to quickly understand the overall business strategy, to analyze the business processes, and to develop technical solutions to support the business strategy. Superior interpersonal skills.  Must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment and collaborate with peers on technical solutions.

 

 Desired Consulting Experience

 Two (2) years leading application development and implementation with Metastorm BPM.Structured project methodology experience, SDLC methodologies
