Business Integration Analyst III

Centene Corporation is a leading multi-line healthcare enterprise that provides managed-care programs and related services to individuals receiving benefits under Medicaid, including Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (SCHIP).Position Title: Business Integration Analyst III Reporting Relationship: Director, Enterprise Business ImplementationFLSA Status: ExemptPosition Purpose: Works with multiple business stakeholders, simultaneously, to efficiently and collaboratively produce clear and complete system design specifications for new business implementations. Work with a geographically distributed cross-functional team to gather and analyze business process and functional requirements to link them to business application technology solutions. Serves as a team leader on various projects with minimal management oversight.Knowledge/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Technology or other related or equivalent experience. 8 plus years of experience designing and implementing the creation of business application technology solutions for health care and related businesses. At least 2 years’ experience in leading projects.Position Responsibilities:• Lead, without direct supervisory responsibilities, system build content to specified requirements under identified timelines.• Create and maintain re-usable policies, procedures and formats suitable to the new business technology development activities of the organization according to defined methodologies.• Work and communicate well with business partners, including Health Plans, corporate support areas, IT organization and external partners, at all levels of the organization to create solutions.• Participate and guide business partners in all aspects of testing phases to ensure a quality system outcome.• Participate and guide business partners in pre go-live planning and post go-live support.• Analyze health care business processes and functional requirements and appropriately document and communicate captured information for validation.• Develop professional quality system design documentation, while organizing and tracking requirements in a manner that can be used to derive technical specifications, sometimes where minimal or none exist.• Evaluate risks and issues and communicate and escalate both to project management office and appropriate leadership on new business implementations to ensure achievement of strategic and financial value.• Perform critical analytical thinking to solve complex and varied system design challenges.• Work closely with Project Management staff to contribute toward project plan development and report progress in lead areas to Project Manager, Business partners and IT Leadership.• Identify opportunities for process redesign and improvement.Bachelor's Degree,Communication Skills,Microsoft Outlook
