We are the leader of our industry, providing professional services and project planning solutions to the Power, Rail, Marine, Transportation, and large General Construction markets.  

  The entrepreneurial spirit is still alive within Catalyst, where our business development sales team thrives in a professional, competitive market of solutions strategies for our clients. You will sell the industries best software, training and consulting services to top construction and fortune 1000 client organizations, managing accounts and developing new business. 

RESUMES WELCOMED WILL POSSESS:

· Three years minimum of documented proven success in a service sales environment.

· Complex business solutions or AEC market experience and have excellent presentation skills to support your HUNTER approach to sales.

· Consultative business solutions appealling to clients in need of building, updating and analyzing large construction planning schedules.

· Seasoned candidates presenting proven success in construction project management, experience with Primavera®  or competitive software and contacts in the construction industry with a background in business development and sales 

· Project Managers with superior working knowledge of Primavera and sales experience in the AEC space considered. This position offers an opportunity to apply hands on project management experience and your passion for selling high quality PM products to the construction and AEC industry.

Requirements:


BSBA Degree or a Minimum of 3 years of direct sales in the AEC market of a Project Planning Service or Software

Sales Performance Documentation = proven success year over year of exceeding standard sales quotas

Knowledge of Project Management Principles is strongly preferred

The selected applicant will work with project site team as valued Primavera schedule Subject Matter Expert.  

Strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering value added service to our clients is required
