Business Development Manager IT Staffing

Business Development Manager  ObjectWin is looking for an Business Development Manager based in our office in New Jersey. Individual should be able establish new business relationships, locally and nationally, through targeted sales efforts that generate immediate revenue and profitability for the division. Must be able to partner with customers to identify their critical IT services requirements and assess their need for specialty services as appropriate. Develop long-term relationships with existing and new clients by gaining an understanding of their unique needs, technical environments and priorities. Incumbent will be responsible for the complete IT sales process, including Account Development and sourcing, recruiting, and closing qualified job candidates for placement We have an immediate need for an Account Manager for our New Jersey office.
