Business Development Associate:

The Business Development Associate will create, foster and grow relationships with Traditional, Interactive, and PR agencies by generating, developing, and closing new business within the assigned territory. These are critical relationships to grow and expand our business and create new opportunities for the sales team.  We seek a business development professional in the San Francisco Bay Area, who passionately conveys the business values of social media and Mzinga, is an experienced practitioner of consultative and solution selling and has a proven track record working with Agencies. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and strong understanding of web-based technologies. Successful candidates will be responsible for new business development - prospecting, developing,  and fostering agency relationships. Must have a high-level of enthusiasm, strong integrity, and excitement about providing innovative solutions to world-class customers. Excellent income potential and full benefits package.

Requirements

 MUST have an passion for Social Media technologies and understand their strategic business valueThe business development associate will develop, manage, and execute a business development plan outlining strategies for growing agency relationships and business across the assigned territory. Experienced practitioner of consultative and solution selling. Experience selling SAAS solutions and strong understanding of web2.0 technologiesPossess excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsible for new developing new Agency relationships - prospecting, developing, nurturing and growing Display a high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity, and excitement about providing innovative solutions to world-class customers. Associate will create strong working relationships within the Mzinga Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successGenerate 20 leads a month. Based in the San Francisco Bay areaAchieve goals and action items as outlined in MBOs.
