Business Analyst with 401k/Defined Benefit experience

Our direct client from Finance Domain is looking for a Business Analyst who will manage, identify, and define the business and functional requirements for technology initiatives involving participant/client-facing and internal applications in a 401k/Defined Benefit environment.

Location: Boston MA

Duration: 6+ Months to Long Term

Responsibilities:Manages and defines business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings, interviewing users and developers, and researching/resolving issues. Produces detailed business, functional, and use case documentation. Presents design solutions to business, end user, and technical teams. Provides project management support and status updates throughout the software lifecycle. Supports QA testing of all assigned release projects

 

Skills RequiredBachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong analytical, relationship management and facilitation skills. Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies. Knowledge of 401(k) plans, Defined Benefit plans, OmniPlus/OmniPlan, SQL, Unix, Oracle, DB2. Experience with Rational Tools and Use Cases a plus
