Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements Â· Advises on methods to improve business processes Â· Performs extensive application testing and provide documentation and feedback to the software developers. Â· Identify and develop test strategy. Â· Analyzes test plan and results to ensure the finished product meets software functional requirements and users needs Â· Responsible for determining readiness of new software programs and enhancements for end users. Â· Work closely with software development team to ensure functional requirements are accurately implemented. Â· Creates and updates project plans and software requirement specifications. Â· Track, investigate and resolve issues escalated from the help desk support team. Â· Other responsibilities as specified by management. RequirementsÂ· Position Requirements Â· Strong in MS Access or similar tool for data manipulation Â· Proficient in Excel and Word Â· Able to work independently and in a team environment Â· Strong written and oral communication skills Â· Experience in the Textile industry a plus Â· 4-year degree required in I.T or related field Â· 3 - 5 years work experience Required Non-Technical Competencies Â· Strong interpersonal and communication skills Â· Excellent time management and prioritization skills Â· Task and detail-oriented Â· Independent problem solver Â· Ability to multi-task/manager multiple projects MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
