We are looking for Seasoned (Business Analyst, Project Manger, or Lead) for a Telephony integration Project.To install an AVAYA Phone Switch and IVR Software product. Business partners are AVAYA and NACR (phone middlemen). Please find the requirement details below mentioned.

Location: Waren-PA

Duration: 6 + Months

Skill set- Project management, specifically with Telephone
Project planning with MS Project
* Implementation and consolidation of multi-site switches
* Implementation of redundant switch environment
* Implementation of IVR and CTI
* Proficient in developing and executing test scenarios for IVR, CTI, system failover
* Customer focus with excellent communication skills
* Experience with AVAYA equipment
* Experience with AVAYA Communications Manager 5.0
* Can provide training????
