Aftermarket Network Solutions

In this role, you will focus on writing business functional specifications for both new and existing Aftermarket Network Solutions products and work on their continuing development.  You will work closely with a cross-functional team to implement product enhancements to keep products ahead of competition and participate in and lead product development meetings.  You will work closely with the DealerTrack Aftermarket Network team, NAT Solutions team and the sales force to ensure they are well-versed in the products and assist with creating training materials for both sales and end users.  You will work with Operations to ensure product is implemented and trained in a timely manner and help manage utilization of all products.  You will communicate product fixes/enhancements to all appropriate parties.  You will work closely with other Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure consistent functionality is developed and that integration with other products is supported. 

 

In addition, you will be asked to project manage aftermarket provider  implementation projects and or coordinate integration with other DT products.

 Experience

BA or BS required.  Three or more years of experience in automotive retailing, product management, or business intelligence.  Excellent analytical and writing skills.  Unique blend of business and technical savvy.  Exceptionally detail-oriented.  Ability to write clear and detailed functional specification documents.  Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.  Ability to lead cross-functional team and facilitate meetings.  Strong follow-up skills.
