Business Analyst - IT (Baton Rouge)
Assist clients in gathering business/functional requirements. Be responsible for documenting all requirements, performing necessary analysis to ensure completeness and accuracy. During development, work with programmers and end-users to creating testing documents. During testing, work with end users to resolve issues. Assist with training material creation, potiental to conduct end user training. Work with programmers and end users on database conversion requirements.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree required (CIS or related a plus) - Minimum of one years of experience working in a business analyst role- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills- Must have strong organization skills with the abvility to multi task- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong follow up skills, both with client interaction and assigned tasks.
