Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

Arsenault Associates, the industry leading provider of fleet maintenance management solutions, currently has an opening for Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant.  The right candidate will join our team and work in our Burlington, NJ corporate headquarters and assist with the daily administrative operations of the company. 

Responsibilities:  Perform general bookkeeping duties including: Invoicing, A/R, A/P and collections Update and maintain client contact database Assist with phone coverage Manage business travel and corporate calendar Coordinate company training seminars and related arrangements Assist with mass mailings and promotional mailings Maintain tradeshow event schedule and coordinate tradeshow preparations Lead entry in client contact database Administrative support of sales staff and field consultants General administrative support of all employees Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management  

Qualifications: Bookkeeping experience a must Proficient in all MS Office applications a must Good analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Detail oriented and excellent follow up skills Highly organized with ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently with minimal supervision Experience with Quickbooks a plus
