Billing Specialist

Currently we have an opening for a Billing Specialist in our Accounting group. In this important role, you will:- Calculate and prepare customer invoices.- Prepare, print and send invoices.- Generate customer statements.- Works closely with staff accountants.- Prepare certain month-end reconciliations.- Provide reporting to internal and external customers.- Manage customer inquiries and contact information.- Process Credit and Debit Memos.- Maintain customer accounts.- Provide support to sales team related to customer accounts.- Generate various management reports.- Work with IT to trouble shoot billing issues.
