Associate, Client Relations

Position Purpose:

The Associate, Client Relations position requires versatility, enthusiasm and tenacity.  The Associate, Client Relations must be an analytical, detail-oriented self-starter who possesses strong-project management skills and the ability to handle clients with grace and confidence.  The Associate, Client Relations will be responsible for helping to acheive revenue goals by collaborating with and supporting our sales team, managing client relationships, and working closely with clients to maximize the performance of campaigns.  The Associate, Cleint Relations will use his/her skills to drive revenue growth, and support the team with research, analysis and other tools.

Qualifications:

Educations/Certification:  Bachelor's Degree

Required Knowledge:  Proficiency with the Internet, general computer use, and Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.  Knowledge of ad serving platforms such as Atlas and Dart a plus.

Experience Required:  2 years customer service/account management experience preferred.

Skills:  Excellent listening and communication skills.  Positive attitude.  Proven record of successful process and relationship management.

Physical and Mental Demands:Ability to communicate professionally.Must be able to empathize with customer concerns.Ability to write concisely and effectively using industry terminology.Ability to sit, type and use a computer for extended periods.
