Job Description Assistant Regional Scheduling Coordinator Assistant Regional Scheduling Coordinator CORESTAFF Services is recruiting for an Assistant Regional Scheduling Coordinator works to assist in fulfilling the staffing function for our client. Responsibilities: Partner with project managers and consultants as needed to gain an understanding of key business strategies and balance critical resource and demand issues Evaluate candidates based upon knowledge of role, technology, personal judgment, individual preferences and constraints and individual career development goals Update scheduling systems, ensuring information is accurate and reliable; distribute Staffing reports as required Co-Facilitate weekly Staffing Calls to confirm resources/Demand Works closely with HR Generalist on people-related initiatives (ex. culture building, answering employee questions, performance management, training and certifications) Track and report on technology certification metrics and other metrics Monitor and report on utilization, chargeability, attrition and retention Contribute to supply targets in relation to current and future demand Identify skill gaps and requirements from current demand in order to satisfy future demand Conduct Staffing discussion for New Hire Orientation Point of contact for long-term housing needs for consultants on projects Guide employee readiness and development (training) in both technical and business skills Train Project Leads and consultants on Staffing Tools as required Experience Prior experience in Consulting industry, Recruiting or Human Resources preferred - Corporate experience highly beneficial Prefer University degree in one of the following areas: Human Resource Management or business related fields Must be able to facilitate and balance stakeholders needs, Customers, Business Development, Practice Director and consultant in the fulfillment of a role in a project Ability to partner with business leaders and develop strategic staffing programs Must have demonstrated success working in a dynamic, frequently-changing and geographically-dispersed environment. Ability to travel to client sites to meet with consultants.
