Assistant General Counsel - Litigation

Fast growing telecom company is seeking an Assistant General Counsel of litigation.  Qualified candidates must have 7-10 years of complex commercial and consumer litigation experience.  Stable employment history required.  Also, Intellectual Property experience would be a plus - contracts, agreements, litigation, licensing.  Previous in-house experience is a plus.
