POSITION SUMMARY
Area Managers are responsible for finding and qualifying new sales opportunities, for developing sales opportunities into sales, and for achieving quarterly and annual revenue objectives. By working with other members of the TRIRIGA team, the Area Manager is accountable to develop software and services solutions that meet customer specific business needs, and to communicate the value of the TRIRIGA solution effectively to prospective customers. Area Managers are also responsible to help ensure TRIRIGA customers are successful in the implementation and use of the solutions provided.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record selling enterprise software solutions to Director, VP and “C-Level” executives at Fortune 2000 companies, government and/or higher education. Experience in selling software applications that deal with real estate management, construction projects management, operations and maintenance management, and facilities management, or related enterprise software solutions is desired. Other relevant application areas of expertise are GIS, condition assessment, and ERP.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and define the prospect's business requirements, and create a business case that supports the use of TRIRIGA technologies to provide appropriate.Provide continuous communication with prospects to reinforce and sell the value of the TRIRIGA solution. Provide business justification to prospects through follow up interactions.
REQUIREMENTS
Primary Personal AttributesMust be highly articulate and able to present clearly and effectively to different levels of an organization, including executive-level.Industry experience in Facilities Management, Enterprise Asset Management, Construction Project Management, CMMS, CAFM or Real Estate Management is preferred.Ability to translate the business values of software solutions to a non-technical audience.
ExperienceFive years experience in at least one of the following is required: Sales, Consulting, software application implementation, and customer requirement mapping within all areas of Technology. A minimum of 3 years of successful experience is required in a direct sales capacity, with a proven track record of exceeding quota in a complex sale. Must have experience in selling both software and professional services.Proven ability to manage a complex RFP to a successful outcome.
