Applications Systems Analyst III-Sentillion Support Analyst

ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

Under minimal supervision from the Applications Manager in Information Services, works with a team of Applications Systems Analysts and Applications Systems Engineers to perform a variety of IT tasks including helping to support Sentillion, Lahey's single sign on and patient context system. The tasks include training end users, coordination of implementations, testing and setup of new applications on the Sentillion Tool bar. Takes initiative to handle tasks independently and attention to detail a must.

A Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience. 
Excellent communications skills (written and oral), presentation skills, interpersonal skills, effective project management skills, solid analytical skills. 
Solid understanding of the IS System Lifecycle. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products.  Microsoft Access experience required.  Knowledge of CCOW and general security setup helpful. 
Knowledge of Microsoft OS technologies a plus. 
Sentillion or single sign on technology experience desired.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications and Experience:
A bachelors degree, preferably in computer science or business, or equivalent training and applied experience.


10 years of progressively-responsible programming experience performing design, analysis, development, implementation, integration and maintenance of on-line and batch data processing systems
10  years of technical experience with PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management Suite of products including GL, AP, AM, Procurement, Distribution software version 8.x.  Any 9.x experience is preferable.
5 years of technical experience using PeopleSoft application development tools such as PeopleCode, PeopleTools, SQR, Query, and Query manager.
Working knowledge of Oracle 10
Exception interpersonal skills
A high degree of attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Good time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with internal customers, vendors and managers through the organization.
Candidate should also have a very customer service focus with excellent communication skills
