As an applications developer on this team, you will be responsible for the following:·  analyzing and contributing to technical specifications and ·  designing, implementing, and unit testing programs and data objects specified and developed using SAP technologies and the ABAP programming language. Qualifications:Demonstrate good knowledge of development methodologies and be able to leverage them during all stages of product development.Design and Build complex solutions across functional and virtual teams.Foster collaboration and trust through strong on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and by exceeding expectations.Make effective decisions in a dynamic environment and in ambiguous situations.Communicate clearly, concisely, and credibly with various levels of the organization.Understand the software lifecycle methodology (SDLC) and information systems development.ABAP and ABAP Objects development experience.BSP and Web Dynpro development experience.ALE, IDOC and ALV development experience.Team-based and individual-based development experience and familiarity with source code tools/process, bug tracking, code reviews.Understanding of SOA principles.Minimum of 8-years business application development experience. Microsoft offers an excellent benefits package to full-time employees including medical, dental, vacation, employee stock purchase plan, and 401k, plus some great extras including: our 24-hour nurse line, stay fit program, product discounts, and paid infant care leave.
