Job Description

As a key member of the engineering team, the applications architects will be responsible for providing technical vision, leadership for the product line, implementation of and occasional maintenance of existing products - particularly where strong technical's skills are required. He or she will be responsible for working with management to specify and build and scalable, repeatable, best practice software development methodologies, particularly in rapid development environments.

Responsibilities:

* On-time, high quality, and market responsive product development execution. * Work with product managers and management to improve the integration of Life Suite applications; *Mentoring people on high-performance software development teams comprised of junior, mid- and senior-level personnel. * A roll-up-the-sleeves hands-on architect with a proven record of success in leading, and mentoring high-performance software development teams comprised of junior, mid- and senior-level personnel. * Strong SQL Server Skills * Strong ASP.net Skills * Accomplished technologist, experienced in architecting enterprise business web-based applications, with a minimum of 10 years experience in full life cycle software development, including at least 5 years development of an enterprise-class product line. * Developer with a proven track record of building, scalable, extensible software. * Experience in working on large, time sensitive, software development projects. * Can bring effective software development methodologies and processes that are responsive to a rapid lifecycle software development environment * A track record of having successfully developed and delivered a high quality enterprise class commercial software product within deadline * Experience working individuals who will be responsible for release and configuration management. * Career progression through increasingly responsible positions in software engineering.

Required Experience
