Application Consultant for Healthcare Software - Product and Technical Support - $33,000 - $45,000

Base Pay:  $33,000 - $45,000

Bonus Potential: Approximately 10% Additional Bonus available per year

 

Mission Statement

The goal of the Unlimited Systems Consulting Desk is to provide exceptional, customer-focused, support and education to our Healthcare Billing Office clients in the use of our software and services to maximize their productivity and profitability.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

-       Customer service experience, preferably in a help desk environment

-       Experience in the following a plus:

o    Centricity by GE HealthCare

o    Medical Billing and Payment Entry

o    Medical Scheduling

o    Insurance Claim Filing and Denial Management

o    Proprietary Application Support

-       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

-       Strong analytical, research and problem solving skills

-       Detailed Documentation of issues and resolutions

-       Provide courteous, consistent and timely support to all customers

-       Ability to prioritize open issues

 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

-       Analyze incoming client questions and issues.

-       Provide feature/function, best practices and technical support to resolve client concerns.

-       Utilize all tools available to provide consistent support: Knowledgebase, Case system, Internet searches and team members.

-       Provide quick feedback on new cases and frequent updates to open client cases.

-       Log all issue details and document any steps used to troubleshoot/resolve issues.

-       Add Knowledgebase articles and create training materials.

-       Assist with other responsibilities of the Application Consulting team including new and existing client projects and installing/updating client software.

 

Requirements

-       Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.

-       College Degree

-       Initial and random drug screens

-       Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement

 

Consulting Desk Growth

-       We are adding 4 Application Consultants to our current team of 9.  Two years ago we had only 3 Application Consultants.

-       Relocating to a new office by the Kenwood Mall that is over 3 times larger than our current office.
