Kronos is a privately held company and was founded in 1977. About the Position: The Application Consultant (AC) is responsible for implementing Kronos solutions into client environments. The AC will utilize the defined implementation process and efficiently manage the client and internal resources to meet the established milestones, ensuring targeted completion dates are achieved. The AC may work in somewhat complex technical environments requiring a multi-product solution (Time & Attendance and Payroll, for example), as well as product integration, and/or custom solutions. AC candidates are required to have experience with Kronos or competitive products, providing some domain expertise. Required Skills and Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field 3+ years implementing Time & Attendance, HR, or Payroll solutions 5+ years as a consultant Experience with multiple PC operating systems and PC application software Experience in the utilization of Oracle & SQL relational databases Experience with the implementation challenges associated with Network environments Demonstrated communication skills – written and verbal Ability and willingness to travel 50 - 75% regionally.
