Analytic Developer

Planned Systems International, a Government Contractor celebrating their 20th year of operations, has an immediate opportunity available for experienced Analytic Developer to join our team, located in Aurora, CO.

Essential Functions & Job Duties:

Supports TriCare Management Activity (TMA), Aurora, CO E-commerce operations systems support (EOSS) program which provides an integrated set of financial, contract management, and acquisition support systems for purchased healthcare activities. E-Commerce components employ commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software and hardware along with custom-built applications in a web based environment.

Performs system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, and subsystem and system integration and tests for a system. Participates in software requirement review, preliminary and critical design, integration readiness review, and software acceptance review. Supports program management office in technical role. Researches problems discovered by quality assurance or product support and develops solutions to the problems. Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical problems associated with specific projects. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent education/experience preferred. 2+ years development experience using a packaged Analytics/BI package (prefer Oracle or Seibel Analytics BI). 3+ years software development experience 2+ years development experience in Business Intelligence design and implementation Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Experience with UNIX (Solaris) and Windows 2000/2003 Server US Citizenship is required. Selected applicants will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements and obtain a government-granted security clearance and or access.

Desired Qualifications: Oracle Financials, Oracle 10g Reports requirements gathering and documentation experience Basic knowledge of Informatica or other ETL tools Basic knowledge of Apache web services CMMI L3 training desired.Experience with Informatica 7.1.3+.
