Administrative Assistants / Executive Support

DESCRIPTION:

Positions will focus on providing Executive Administrative Support.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Ideal candidates will have the following combination of skills:  Previous experience working with Executive level individuals by providing support through a number of different areas... Excel, PowerPoint and Word. (Access, MS Project and Visio a plus.) Experience working with contracts and/or proposals, developing and updating reports, database management, project scheduling and meeting preparation/coordination/facilitation. Candidates must have excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, strong verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, reliability, a proactive work approach, enjoy interacting with other departments and external customers and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Position is full-time with competitive benefits.
