Primary responsibilities: Maintaining complex calendars (in Outlook). International and domestic travel planning. Organizing events. Managing projects and space planning. Tracking budgets and performing fundamental administrative tasks.Requires: You must have 2-4 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, supporting high-level positions. Calendaring and travel-planning experience is required. A willingness to assist team members and relate well to internal and external groups and/or individuals. Will have effective communication and project management skills.
