Job Summary:

Use your hands-on experience with administration, PC tech, helpdesk, telephones, databases, administration, as well as technical and customer service skills to support management, sales, and recruiting staff.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and follow- up skills. The quality of your service provided will rest heavily on your professional performance. There is little supervision once you are trained, so you will be required to get the job done to the highest of standards. You will need to have the ability to work independently when needed as well as work with a team. Emphasis placed on individual’s ability to interface well and build relationships with other sales and recruiting teams as well as work independently against deadlines, respect and understand policies, communicate issues with management, and be ready to take charge in high pressure situations.

 

Duties:

·  Administrative duties

·  Database organizational/ scheduling marketing materials

·  Detailed with good writing, grammar, and punctuation skills

·  Project administration with calendaring

·  Admin duties as required to support sales and recruiting staff

·  Prefer Excel skills

·  Laptop/ telephone on-boarding/ off-boarding experience

·  Network troubleshooting issues, imaging and mapping drives, ghosting, switches and routers

·  Helpdesk with end-user training on Microsoft Software

·  PC Tech- cleaning off old PCs

·  Telephone/ VOIP set up/ training/ Motorola Q

·  Help check with Site Management for Issues and insure that all issues have a work order opened and they are completed in a timely manner

·  Check server error log and performance

·  Help ensure all desktops have current critical service packs

 

 

Requirements:

·  South Bay residence or 30-minute drive to Manhattan Beach location

 

 

Additional Information:

·  Some evenings, overtime, and weekend work as needed to help insure systems work
