AdvancedMD is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Answering incoming phone calls Welcome and greet clients Fax & Mail Distribution Ordering supplies for facility Responsible for facility needs that arise Postal & Shipping Special projects as assigned Manage multiple conference room calenders Helping Sales Team with their needs

 

Qualifications and Skills Required:

 Previous Administrative experience a must Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and analytical skills required Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Internet knowledge essential Must be able to communicate professionally with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Track record of consistent performance and over-achievement Very well organized and detail-oriented
