Responsibilities will include the following:• Matching invoices against purchase orders• Entering invoices• Contacting vendors and buyers regarding discrepancies• Filing and preparing files• Prepare ad hoc reporting and tasks for Accounts Payable teamExperience/Skills Required:1-2 years related experience; AA/AS a plusFamiliarity with MS office Strong data entry skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasksExperience with SAP a plus Perk #56: New ways to stretch your mind.
