Accounting generalist

Accudata Systems, a premier Houston-based IT consulting and integration firm, is seeking an Accounting Generalist who is a self-starter and possesses an attention to detail.  Candidate must have strong time management, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.  Candidate should have excellent computer skills, exceptional problem solving abilities and good organizational skills.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 Process expense reports for employees Process advances for employeesCreating custom billing based expensesAssist with employee travel arrangementsOrder expediting, investigating past due invoicesReview vendor statementsResearch and reconcile accountsInvoice Filing

Including any other reasonable request to benefit the customer, department, or the company

 

Minimum required experience and education:

 1 – 3 years of relevant experience Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and the InternetExceptional problem solving abilitiesExcellent phone etiquetteExcellent Customer Service attitude and skillsExcellent verbal communication skills PunctualProfessional appearanceAbility to work independently as well as to accept direction on given assignmentsPossess good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
