Description:Responsibilities- Consulting including results analysis, optimization and recommendations, best practices recommendations, requirements documenting, training, and Legal Privacy and ISP compliance discussions, fully understand the clients business including objectives, roles, and concerns.- Account Management Coordination, to include: weekly client calls, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, strategy sessions, Quarterly account/benchmark reviews, and escalation of service issues to the Account Director- Primary contact for service issue resolution and service assurance, to include: vendor management, internal coordination, internal and external status meetings, troubleshooting, billing and issue resolution, data manipulation, custom project coordination (including management of SOW process), participation in partner relations.- Assisting in Sales and Sales Support to include: client contract renewals, opportunity qualification, helping clients gain more value out of existing solutions, prospecting for leads through daily interaction with the clients.About the OpportunityThe Account Manager has primary responsibility for the post-sale Client service relationship.Account Managers will work in conjunction with the assigned Account Directors to maintain client satisfaction while maximizing the revenue potential of the relationship.
