Account Review Specialist-Full Time

NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, Inc., a rapidly growing, publicly held, top-tier healthcare IT company based in Horsham, PA, provides computer-based practice management and electronic medical records systems to more than 1,500 physician practices across the United States.

We are currently seeking an Account Review Specialist to work in our Horsham, PA, headquarters on a regular full-time basis.

Analyze customer accounts to verify product data and completeness/accuracy of invoicing.

Review customer accounts and create corresponding spreadsheets

Create records and perform QA services for Customer Central
Assist with miscellaneous accounting/operations tasks

Required:

Experience w/Accounting software

Prior Audit experience and exposure to reading contracts for accounting details
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Ability to multi-task


 

Preferred:

Strong Excel skills

A/R experience in similar environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
