Job Objective: You will be the main point person responsible for optimizing relationships with our publisher and developer partners, as well as serving as a communication bridge between partner and internal groups.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:Manages all sales, distribution, and promotion of the product in addition to harvesting new business opportunities with existing partners.Ensures that we meet our contractual obligations.Tracks the launch, distribution, sales, and marketing of products.Creatively manage the negotiated terms which govern complex business relationships with licensees in such areas as intellectual property and licensed trademarks, restrictions of trade and royalty arrangements.Act as a primary liaison with licensees, communicating effectively all Sandlot goals and identifying and pursuing areas of business development interest to the company.Collaborate with development, marketing, business development, and support to ensure the successful launch of Sandlot products. Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts. Track progress for all project areas.Manage projects using defined project management tools and communication vehicles. Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and bi-directional.

 

Skills:The successful candidate must be very strong in account management, possess excellent written and communication skills, and organization/project management. Must be able to juggle multiple projects and partners, and be comfortable meeting deadlines. Candidate must also be skilled at managing relationships and comfortable communicating at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.

Education/Experience/Training:

 

BA/BS in Business, Communications or related field.

 3-5 years experience working in games industry
