National Sales Account ManagerOverview:Parlant Technology, Inc., the maker of ParentLink (www.parentlink.net), has been the leader in school-to-home communication technology service to K-12 school's for over fifteen years. ParentLink keeps families and schools connected through automated messages, and two-way communication by phone, email, text message and more. The sales team is having tremendous success, and the company is expanding to meet growing demand. About You:You will be responsible for working with some of the largest K-12 school districts in the country.National Sales Account managers work with a lead generator who will hand off qualified leads for further development. You will spend most of your time on the phone developing relationships, cultivating trust, finding decision makers, and closing sales, being guided by a proven sales methodology, customized by our company. Not only does our great sales team consistently make great money from their base pay and commission, but they feel great about selling a product that adds so much value to the educational experience of schools and families across the country.Skills Required:5+ years B2B sales experience,Charismatic presenter,Strong interpersonal skills,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Telephone skills, Computer literacy,Basic use of Microsoft Office Suite4 year degree a plus but not requiredHelpful experience:Education background is a plusSoftware/Technology salesTeaching or trainingPresentation and presenting Compensation:Base Salary plus Commission*this is a sales position that requires daily cold calls, follow up calls, setting appointments, needs analysis, presentations, negotiation, mulit-tasking, note taking, and ability to win/close business.
