Apple is an Equal Opportunity Employer. www.apple.com/jobs Position Description:1.Develop territory target account list and plan (outbound calling, sending sales kits, regional shows for identified vertical markets, etc)2.Create successful long-term business relationships with customers who possess large repeat business potential (F1000)3.Recruit new customers to Apple and/or promo gifting via outbound phone activities in an assigned territory.4.Interact with SB Pro/Enterprise group to identify corporate accounts for program, follow up and close on SB Pro/Enterprise leads. Build relationships with boundary group counterparts.5.Present Apple Corporate Gifting and Rewards value proposition via phone and in person to mid to high level corporate executives. 6.Provide a complete promotional or gifting solution exceeding customer expectations and garnering further opportunities for business beyond the single transaction.7.Negotiate high volume deals 1k+ Units:a.Qualify deal: Qty, LOB, etched, non-etched, preloaded, shipping destinations, payment, timeline, re-occurring business, etc.b.Insure Marcom approves all promotion deals and customer adheres to marcom guidelines for all iPod promotional activitiesc.Negotiate price8.Account manager insures order is placed and product build begins9.Insure proper shipping timeframes are conveyed to customer10.Follow-though with customer to insure order obtainment and satisfaction, begin conversation for next order.Required skill set:Apple product knowledge and/or computer technical knowledge preferredCorporate sales background desired.$5-10M quarterly individual goalUnderstand complex sales process and contractsUnderstand how to work with boundary groups: Ops, logistics, finance, etc.Understand complex sales cycle and proper customer managementOutbound cold calling to target accounts within territoryHigh organizational skills with a penchant to detailUnderstanding of Account Management online toolsInternally motivated for achievement of goalsUp to 30% travel Perk #56: New ways to stretch your mind.
