Account Executive/Software Solutions
Account Executive / Software Solutions: Mid-Atlantic Region, (Residence anywhere in Mid-Atlantic ok)
The professionals at Revelwood are committed to a shared vision of helping our clients better manage the performance of their business through increased profitability and shareholder value. We accomplish our vision by providing our clients with industry leading Business Performance Management software applications that generate tremendous customer loyalty. Our budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting solutions leverage the best in OLAP, spreadsheet and web technologies, along with the deep finance and technological expertise of our consulting team. Our Workforce Performance Management solutions help our clients drive behavior of their employees through incentive compensation, management and workforce performance planning and analytics.
Our success is a direct reflection of the people we hire. We are seeking an experienced sales professional for our Mid-Atlantic territory to identify and close opportunities to deliver our products and services within the Mid-Atlantic market. Although you will be involved in the entire sales process, we will only consider candidates who are personally strong in building a pipeline as well as leveraging our established marketing activities.
If you have a passion for interacting with people and proven experience selling complex software solutions to Enterprise and Mid-Market corporations, then we have an excellent career opportunity with unlimited earning potential. You will be the primary face-to-face contact with prospects and customers to identify and sell our solutions. You will also be vital in our efforts to grow our business in the Mid-Market. Specific experience selling Business Performance Management and / or Workforce Performance Management solutions is welcome, but sales success is more relevant to us than a background in our specific area of technological specialty.
We are seeking a bright, articulate and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
Your focus will be to schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers of target companies in order to identify new business opportunities and close business. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, opportunity identification/qualification through face-to-face interactions with prospects, sales presentations, proposal development, and closing new business.
Specifically:
· Co-create a territory sales plan that would include the development of a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking with partner vendors, and leveraging other outbound marketing activities to generate revenue.
· Meet / exceed quota working in partnership with our Pre-Sales Consultants to qualify and close opportunities.
· Learn and apply Revelwood's sales process and methodology using solution selling techniques.
· Track and manage lead, account, and opportunity information using our CRM system (Salesforce.com).
· Be prepared to present and review pipeline activity with Revelwood’s senior management team.
Required is a Bachelors degree and a minimum of four years of enterprise software sales experience using solution selling skills. Proven success in meeting quota objectives, prospecting, and managing an enterprise sales cycle to closure are absolute musts. Understanding of high-end software solutions and the ability to present to senior-level executives is required as is current experience developing new business accounts. Qualified candidates will have a vast majority of their annual quota coming from new sales. Experience should be selling large deals with 6+ month sales cycles. Any background in accounting, finance and/or technology is a significant advantage. Experience selling BPM and/or OLAP solutions from Hyperion, Cognos, Applix, Outlooksoft and the like is highly desirable.
High base, unlimited commission potential and competitive benefits package.
Revelwood is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in its workplace.
