Account Executive

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

.

Responsible for calling on real estate professionals to present and close sales on our full scope of marketing solutions. Ensure follow- through on leads and correspond with potential clients to convert to new sales for HouseValues and meet quota expectations.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Execute corporate sales plans by cold calling into targeted and potential subscribers and meeting monthly sales quotas.

· Follow-up on all assigned leads.Listen to determine needs of each prospect and customize business solution to fit needs.Demonstrate general business knowledge in understanding customer business needs and effectively conveying our business value proposition. Maintain high closing percentages on both cold and warm marketing leads.Update all communication notes within HouseValues’ CRM tool.Other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:Goal and results oriented a mustTelephone consultative sales with a short sales cycle.Proven success in a competitive environment.Motivated by competition, recognition and increasing earnings potential.Demonstrated ability to meet, or exceed revenue.Experience with MS office and other software tools, as well as, navigation of the internet.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.Ability to handle sensitive company information discreetly. Ability to effectively work independently and ethically within an inside sales team environment. Passion for selling and closing business deals over the phone. Assertiveness to go for the sale and reach quotas while keeping a positive attitude and not be deterred by rejection.Ability to identify and attract new subscribers. Experience with cold calling on individuals or small businesses. Experience with selling Search Engine Marketing services highly desirable.
