ASP.net - C# Developer

 

A leading internet media company is searching for.Net Software Engineers in the Orange County area. 

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing custom ASP.net / C# application using .Net 3.5, WCF, XML, AJAX, and MS. SQL Server.  Other responsibilities include:

 

·  Will work at all phases of software development lifecycle.

·  Will develop ASP.net, scalable and highly available publically facing web sites.

·  Will work with ASP.net 3.5 features including WCF.

·  Will be working in Agile-Scrum environment.

 

This Software Engineer should have a strong analytical and problem solving skills, communication skills, documentation skills, and be able to work in team environment.

 

Ideal Profile:

·  3-5+ years of ASP.net, C# Development experience (or strong J2ee OOP skills, and willing to learn C# / ASP.net

·  Preferred experience working with ASP.net / C# 1.1, 2.0, and 3.5, Visual Studio 2003, 2005, 2008

·  Experience writing Stored Procedures / MS. SQL 2005

·  Experience writing Web Services / Web Methods

·  Experience using XML

 

Other skills:

· Experience using Agile – SCRUM software development methodologies.

· Minimum 4 year college degree, preferred BS or MS in CS related field
