ABOUT OUR AGENCY
Our agency is a fast paced Integrated Marketing and Brand Consulting 35 person agency located on S. Michigan that is dedicated to creating strategic and award-winning campaigns.

KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
•Programming features and enhancements to new and existing .NET web applications.
•Formulates plans outlining steps required to develop programs.
•Prepares flowcharts, diagrams, program specifications, and documentation to illustrate sequence of steps programs must follow and to describe logical operations involved, as needed.
•Working closely with other team members in all areas of software development including requirements analysis, planning, object model design, database schema design, root-cause analysis, deployment, testing, and, of course, programming.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Requirements:
•Minimum 1-3 years business application development experience.
•Proven skill sets in ASP.NET (1.1 and 2.0), VB, C#, MS SQL Server (2000/2005), TSQL, XHTML, XML, ADO.NET, IIS.
•Experience creating applications using technologies such as: AJAX, XHTML, XML, CSS, and JavaScript

Non-Technical Requirements:
•Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer programs for various business applications.
•Experience as member of multi-person software development team.
•Strong communication skills
•Creative problem solving skills
•Experience working on own within smaller teams in a rapidly growing environment.
•Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks/priorities.

Pluses
•Knowledge of other languages including Classic ASP, VBScript, PHP, ColdFusion, Java
•Implementing .Net Framework and MS SQL Server environment from scratch.
•Implementing .Net solutions to Flash/Flex Front-End, through the use of AMF, WebServices, or XML
•Basic understanding of ActionScript 2 and 3 Object Oriented Programming
•Basic understanding of networks, as well as experience operating and maintaining Mac computers
